We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Paypal and Wire Transfers. Heliognosis also accepts orders by phone and email. Heliognosis Products are warranted against defects of materials and workmanship, excluding abuse or misuse, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Heliognosis, at its option, will either repair or replace it with a unit of equivalent quality. Batteries are not covered by this warranty.
In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must contact Heliognosis or an authorized dealer prior to the end of the warranty period. The customer is responsible for prepaid shipping to Heliognosis or its authorized dealer and must furnish proof of purchase that specifies the date of purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
This warranty is given by Heliognosis in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. Heliognosis disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Heliognosis shall not be liable for loss of use of the meter or other incidental or consequential damages, expenses or economic loss, or for any claim or claims for such damage, expenses or economic loss.
Any item purchased from Heliognosis may be returned within 30 days of the package being delivered. Items must be in new condition with all of the original product packaging and accesories.You must contact Heliognosis first with your intention to return the product at heliognosis@magma.ca or by phone and obtain the return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The actual original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Once the return has been received, the funds are returned to you normally on the same or next business day.

Heliognosis may contact customers from time to time with catalogs, brochures or other information related to Heliognosis products.
